How do I book an appointment?
You can book online from this website in under a minute: choose a treatment, day and available time. We're open Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 20:00 (last appointment at 19:00); we're closed on Sundays.
What does the skin diagnosis involve?
We analyse your skin under 12 light modes to see what the naked eye can't: dark spots, pores, redness, hydration… With those results we propose a personalised, realistic treatment plan.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes, free of charge as long as you let us know more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows forfeit the amount paid.
Do session packages expire?
Packages are subject to their validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash. We recommend scheduling your next session before leaving each visit to make the most of them.
Can I return a product?
Yes: unopened products in perfect condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase, except for manufacturing defects. Treatments already performed are non-refundable.
